Aliya : Yes, this is XXXX.

Makcik: Ini calling dari Telekom ya. How is the Streamyx in your place Ms. XXXX?

Aliya: The dsl is still blinking. I can’t connect to the internet.

Makcik: Ohh…you still can’t connectttt … Your modem is from Telekom or u bought it from others? (得！听到这句！我就知道她下一步是告诉我，我的modem坏了要拿去修！)

Aliya: I use others’ modem.

Makcik: That’s why!（她提高声量信心十足地说）Since the modem is not under Telekom, we can’t send technician to your house and fix it. You have to carry your modem to service centre and check whether it has any faulty or not! （真宇宙超级无敌白痴！）

Aliya: It’s prediculous! The modem is new! (这阵子经常断线，断线后就一直连接不上然后大概24小时后又恢复，连续一星期这样，接着DSL就永无止尽地不断闪烁，进入4月份第2个星期就完全连接不上了。起初我想可能老爷modem可能被雷劈到哪里要退休就去帮朋友买了个新的回来，结果还是一样无法上网。4月18号make report，5天后打电话去问情况Streamyx100 customer service的人查了说是他们那里cable坏了在修理，弄好technician 会通知，可是就一直拖到现在没消息。)

Makcik: ahhh….begini?!? This report showing out site here is ok as well …suppose have no problem…

Aliya: （很无奈了，她打来不是告诉我好消息反而在带我回到几个星期前customer service尝试跟我找问题根源的步骤）Are you sure?? （我停了几秒对方似乎犹豫没出声）Did the technician fixed the cable? Last week your colleague from Streamyx customer service said that they have detected it was the cable problem from server site. Once the technician fixed the cable problem they will call and inform. me! But until today they still have no answer from Streamyx.

Makcik: Cable?? You didn’t received any calllll…Coooonnection hereeeeeee, is okeh !

Aliya: Izzzzz ittt?! （我也学她拖长音）You mean the connection line has been recovered by today!?! In the morning? or in the afternoon? I try connect at 12pm but failed. So is it fixed at noon?! （装天真）

Makcik: （她好像转向另一个方向问同事支吾着是不是今天下午修好了？？？然后听到她那里敲键盘tik tik tak tak的声音）

Aliya：（没等她回答我重复问题）Are you sure the connection is being fixed? There is no problem for the cable in your site?

Makcik: （有点像元气大伤后的声音）I think I have to check again lah. Then, I see how…I check with the technician and see first.

Aliya: Ohh… aha （干笑）so you check... (心想，你现在才来check??!?还要不要再迟点啊？)

 

好郁闷哦！我没试过Streamyx断那么久的。第一次不能上网是在山卡拉，我们157贝壳街的同屋偷用后面家没有设置密码的无线网络，直到申请到自己家里的线了就恢复“正常”上网。因为Streamyx断网最严重那次是今年的农历新年，刚好报名了IC阿一主持的游戏，足足一星期不能上网，这次就智星的联想比赛。那次我要负责任因为迟了一天交网费。即使赶去交了，可是也不知何故无法及时恢复。  这次是正踏入4月份开始就觉得不对劲了！上网中途会无故断掉，然后DSL就不稳定一直闪烁，被逼关机。有时中断一下，有时可能要1天不能上网然后隔一天又恢复。。。这样间断能上又不能上持续了十多天，直到完全断气了我才打去make report，结果呢？其实我不是因为不能上网而气，只是我很不喜欢那种不屑的语气！懒懒闲的语气！还有不搞清楚状况就说是别人错！就是变相在推卸着责任！

 

真是超级郁闷的4月份！
